Agricultural SMEs. The private part of project is essential for the success of project itself. The Agricultural SMEs could diversify their production in an environmental friendly asset.
Local Public Authorities. The public part represents the one of the pillar which the PPP is organised. They are an essential part in building the Agro-energy district because they have in hand the legal instruments to facilitate the related activities.
Banks and financial players-Credit Institutes. The financial part could be considered the fuel necessary to allow the starting and the functioning of the whole structure designed within the project.
Local SMEs (all sectors). They represent the potential demand of energy and heat. They are a potential supplier as part of the local supply chain.
Consumer Associations. They represent a privileged channel to inform the whole society about the added value related to an Agro-energy local plant for the local economy and environment preservation.
Regional and local Agencies for Energy and Environment. They represent often one of the hardest barriers to implement innovative RES plant. Their contribution will mainly consist in the expression of specialised advice about local feasibility of Agro-energy districts, participation to PPPs, speific issues related to the design of pilot PPPs and any other matter referring to their own sphere of competence.
